The HIIT work out class is great and has helped me recover from a sports hernia. I 100% recommend Blue Devil Jiu Jitsu. My wife, my 6 year old son, and I all go every week.

I've been training at this gym since Nov 2021 and am super impressed with the professionalism, camaraderie, quality training, availability and general atmosphere of both the instructors and students. There's a good mix of ages, instructors and class types. I'm nearly 40, but had no experience in BJJ when I began. The coaches Drew, Alex and Ryan have been very welcoming. If you're scared of starting Jiu Jitsu, (I was too) give it a go at Blue Devil. You won't regret it.
